No Service Days
AVTA is closed on the following holidays and there is no bus service of any kind: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
Local Transit - Monday through Friday from 6:00a.m. to 11:00p.m. and on Saturday and Sunday from 7:00a.m. to 7:00p.m. Some routes go to one hour headways during off peak hours, be sure to check the time schedule. AVTA has a “leave no passenger behind” policy that requires all final runs of the day to wait for connecting buses at each transfer center.
Commuter Services - Weekdays only. Please refer to specific routes for time schedules.
Dial A Ride - Weekdays from 6:00a.m. to 7:30p.m. and on weekends from 8:00a.m. to 6:00p.m. Service is by appointment only and passengers must have prior eligibility.
