Q: When’s the bus coming?
A: If there’s a delay our  dispatchers can tell you the exact location of our busses, at any moment, just call and ask “Where’s my bus?” We’ll easily locate the bus and give a projected time of arrival  based on your stop number.

Q: I left something on the bus, when can I find out if it was turned in?
A: Items left on the bus are returned to the office when the bus is cleaned out later that night. Call our office first thing the morning following the day you lost it. If it was turned in, a customer service representative can assist you.
