Ordering Passes Online -
Fill in the quantity you need and click "Continue to Checkout" at the bottom of the page. Once your purchase is complete you will receive an email within three working days, confirming that your pass has been processed and mailed. We BEGIN processing passes on the 15th, for the following month. Order early to assure that you get full use of your pass. No refunds or credit for passes ordered late. Orders placed on Friday will not be mailed until Monday morning. Passengers using reduced fare media must also present AVTA photo ID. This policy will be strictly enforced.
 
Local Transit Riders: 31 Day Passes are good for 31 consecutive days that begin when your pass is activated on the bus.

Commuters: Drivers have been instructed not to accept email confirmations or printed order forms as proof of purchase. Commuter passes are good for one calendar month.
AVTA ships your passes through First-Class Mail with the US Postal Service. AVTA assumes no responsibility for passes lost in the mail. Read AVTA’s Pass Policy.

Certify your Pass Delivery. This service provides the sender a mailing receipt and online access to the delivery status. Once your order is prepared for shipping, you will be sent a Label/Reciept Number by email.

The option to pick passes up at our office. For your convenience, you may also request to pick your purchased pass up at our Main Office during regular business hours, 8am – 6pm, Monday through Saturday, and 8am - 5pm on Sunday. After you place your order, put “Hold for Pick-up” in the Comments and Additional Instructions box.
NOTE: If you are allowing someone other than yourself to pick-up for you, please include their name as well, so we may release your pass to them.
