EZ transit pass allows you to use more than one transit system without having to purchase additional tickets or transfers.
Seniors and Disabled rates are ½ the current established fare. Passengers using Senior/Disabled fares must show photo I.D.
Passes of higher value may be used on routes with a lesser monthly pass value.
Where to Buy Passes
AVTA commuter passes are most conveniently purchased on the internet at www.avta.com
- internet purchases receive a 10% discount (excludes
EZ transit passes).
The AVTA administration office at 42210 6th Street West in Lancaster is open Monday through Saturday from 8am to 6pm, and Sunday from 8am to 5pm. Cash, credit/debit, checks and transit vouchers are accepted at this location.
Senior /Disabled fares are available to eligible persons with disabilities and persons 65 years and older. Photo I.D. is required. Forms of accepted I.D. include an: 1) AVTA photo I.D. card, 2) ASI photo I.D. cards, 3) California DMV I.D. card, or 4) any driver's license with a photo, or 5) Medicare card with any of the above photo I.D.'s
