Eric Ohlsen PortraitEric Ohlsen was elected to his first term for City Council on November 8, 2022. He began his career by serving in the United States Coast Guard.

He held leadership positions that allowed him to work alongside federal, state, and local agencies, where he received advanced training in environmental science and public safety. Eric is a proud family man and is dedicated to promoting community beautification.

He founded the Community Coalition of the Antelope Valley (CoCoAV). Eric Ohlsen has been a Palmdale resident for over five years and is excited to serve the residents of Palmdale.

AVTA Board

The Antelope Valley Transit Authority is governed by a Board of Directors comprised of appointees representing its three member agencies, Los Angeles County, the City of Palmdale and the City of Lancaster. The Board meets on the fourth Tuesday of each month at 10 a.m. in the Antelope Valley Transit Authority Community Room. The facility address is 42210 6th Street West, Lancaster CA 93534.
