AVTA1™ (AVTA RIDER ALERT™)

Starting October 2026, the AVTA lobby will no longer be open the last Saturday of the month for pass sales. the lobby will be open until 8:30pm on the last Friday of the month, and every last Friday of the month moving forward.

Effective Saturday, July 11, 2026 there will be minor changes to routes 50,51 and 790 Transporter. Please refer to the link below for more information. https://www.avta.com/service-changes.php

The Route 2 West is unable to service the stop on Ave R & 42nd East due to road construction.

The route 51 West due to depart Town Center Plaza at 9:30am is experiencing delays due to a maintenance issue.

Effective 8/31/2026: The route 5 West will be unable to service the stops from Ave M & 60th W thru Mayflower Gardens due to road construction.

Effective 8/31/2026: The route 5 East will be unable to service the stops from Mayflower Gardens thru Ave M & 65th West due to road construction.

Routes 1 North & Route 4 South are unable to service the stop on 10th St West & Ave L due to road work. Please utilize an alternate stop during this time.

The AVTA Lobby will be closed on Monday, Sept 7, 2026 in observance of the Labor Day Holiday.

In observance of the Labor Day Holiday, there will be no local or commuter service on Monday, Sept 7, 2026.

Route 2 East is unable to service the stop on Ave R & 27th St East Ave through Ave R & 47th East due to on going construction. Route will service stops along Palmdale Blvd for this portion.
