Join us April 25, 2019 for National Get on Board Day

Save the date and join the AVTA as we participate in the American Public Transportation Associations’ national Get on Board Day on April 25th, 2019.

Get on Board Day is a new national awareness and advocacy day that is all about generating awareness of and increasing support for public transportation.

AVTA will be providing local and commuter transit service for free all day and staff will be at the local transfer centers from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. handing out stickers, promotional items and information flyers about the many benefits of public transportation.

Starting October 2026, the AVTA lobby will no longer be open the last Saturday of the month for pass sales. the lobby will be open until 8:30pm on the last Friday of the month, and every last Friday of the month moving forward.
