2024 Poppy Festival Special, April 19th – 21st

Antelope Valley Transit Authority is providing service to the 2024 California Poppy Festival at the AV Fairgrounds April 19th through 21st.

In addition to AVTA’s Route 9 that services bus stop #736 and #725 at the AV Fairgrounds, AVTA will provide a 2024 Poppy Festival Special that will run from the Lancaster Metrolink Station to the AV Fairgrounds (bus stop #736) with a stop at Owen Memorial Park Transit Center.

Palmdale residents can connect too. Simply take Route 1 to Owen Memorial Park Transit Center to connect or take the Metrolink to the Lancaster Metrolink Station.

The 2024 Poppy Festival Special will run from 3:30pm to 10:30pm on Friday, April 19, 9:30am to 10:30pm on Saturday April 20, and 9:30am to 6:30pm on Sunday, April 21. Frequencies are every 30 minutes. This is a special event route. In order to maintain schedule, buses will only stop at locations listed.
