AVTA will #SoundTheHorn For Public Transportation Workers

The Antelope Valley Transit Authority (AVTA) will once again #SoundTheHorn in honor of essential workers on the front lines in the fight against the coronavirus pandemic. AVTA is joining other transportation operators across the country to participate in the #SoundTheHorn campaign.

On June 18, 2020, join public transportation systems across North America as they #SoundTheHorn at 12 Noon PT to honor our Public Transportation Workers, #HeroesMovingHeroes.

AVTA is proud to participate with our partners and “sound our horns” in honor as we thank all of the heroes across the nation who continue their essential and heroic service.

If you see or hear our buses sounding their horns Thursday afternoon, be sure to post audio or video of it on social media while using the #SoundTheHorn hashtag and tag AVTA1.
