Vendor Registration
Overview
All vendors who are interested in doing business with AVTA should register with the Procurement and Contracts Office’s website. One may register by simply following the link as follows: VENDOR REGISTRATION
The vendor application process is designed to provide AVTA with sufficient information in order to notify registered vendors on file of a current solicitation, who are capable of performing the work opportunity being offered. Failure to complete any of the required information may result in your omission from notification lists. You may add or delete categories of commodities/services at any time by updating your registration information.

First Time User Registration
The first time you visit the website, we need you to complete the online Registration process which will create a profile of your company in our database. As part of the registration process you will create a password that will give you access to your online profile and which you will use to access project documents.
- To register, click the following link: VENDOR REGISTRATION
- Click New Vendor Registration button
- Complete the information requested on all five tabs. Items with red * are mandatory and then click Register.
- The system will automatically send an email confirmation. If you do not receive that confirmation with 24 hours please click the red ? for support. You do not need to wait for the email to be participating in bid opportunities. Your registration is active immediately.
Important
To ensure that you receive future email messages from our procurement system, please add “planetbids.com” to your safe senders list. All messages will come from customercare@planetbids.com
When you receive bid invitations by email from us, you can click on a link in the email message to access our online plan room.
Please check the online help by clicking on the red ? located at the top right if you need additional help in creating or updating your registration.
